Gently relaxed muscle movement
Botulinum toxin temporarily eases the pull of the muscles that create expression lines. Movement is softened, not stopped — so lines settle while your natural expression stays. The effect is temporary and reversible: muscle activity returns fully in time.
A full-face, doctor-led approach
We assess with Observ 520x diagnostics beforehand and complement the result with ULTIMA Face afterwards — so the outcome is more precise and lasts longer than a standalone treatment, with the balance of the whole face in mind.

Does the treatment hurt?
We work with a fine needle, so most people feel only a light pinprick. Anaesthetic is usually not needed, though a numbing cream can be used if you prefer.
How soon will I see the result?
The effect typically develops over 3–10 days and comes to its full result in about two weeks.
How long does it last?
Depending on the area and dose, usually 3–6 months. Combined with ULTIMA Face at our clinic, the result can be sustained for longer.
Which areas can be treated?
Most commonly forehead lines, crow's feet and the frown line between the brows (glabella). Suitability for any area is confirmed at your medical consultation.
Will my face look stiff?
That's not the aim. We work in measured amounts so your expression stays natural, keeping the proportion and harmony of the whole face in view.
Who is it not suitable for?
It is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Exact suitability is assessed at a consultation under medical supervision.
