Your face has muscles too
The shape of the face doesn't come from the skin, but from the more than forty muscles beneath it. They lose tone just like any other muscle in your body — they are simply the hardest to reach. ULTIMA works where muscle contraction begins.
- Targeted muscle stimulation. Electrical impulses activate the muscles of the face — during the treatment the muscle itself does the work. The electrodes work where your plan calls for it: forehead, mid-face, jawline.
- Light therapy. The light therapy module works at three wavelengths — 660, 730 and 940 nm — to support the skin's renewal.
- 25 minutes. That is one session, with no anaesthetic.
- Afterwards you carry on. Your day continues exactly as before the treatment.
What the research shows
The effect of electrical stimulation of the facial muscles was measured in a randomised, controlled trial: 108 women, with a mean age of 43.7 years, over twelve weeks. The thickness of the treated facial muscles increased measurably on ultrasound, and the participants themselves also perceived an improvement.
The trial was not carried out with ULTIMA, but with the method behind it. We cite it because we work by measurement too: the Observ 520x image gives the starting point, and at the end of the course we measure back to that same image.

Frequently asked questions
How much does ULTIMA Face cost?
ULTIMA Face is 80,000 Ft / session in the 6-session course — the full course is 480,000 Ft. A single session on its own is 112,000 Ft. The exact plan is set at the consultation, based on the Observ 520x measurement.
Does the treatment hurt?
No. Patients experience the treatment as a pleasant, tingling sensation, and no anaesthetic is needed.
When can I go back to work?
ULTIMA Face is a non-invasive treatment with no downtime — you can return to your day straight after the treatment.
How many sessions are recommended?
In most cases a course is recommended (6 sessions), but we set the exact number at the consultation, based on your individual condition.
Can it be combined with botulinum toxin?
Yes. In the Protocol's Treat phase, ULTIMA Face works in synergy with botulinum toxin and hyaluronic acid — prepared skin may need a smaller correction.
Can I try it before I commit to a course?
Yes. The first appointment is around 45 minutes: a personal consultation, an Observ 520x skin analysis, and trying the device on your face. The consultation and the skin analysis are together worth 50,000 Ft, and are free of charge until 30 September 2026.
When will I see the first result?
Your face can look more rested and fuller after the very first session, but that is a quick response lasting a few days — not yet the result of the course. The cumulative, more lasting change begins to build from the 2nd–3rd session, and at the end of the course we compare the Observ 520x image with the starting state.
How long does the result last?
A facial muscle is a muscle: it loses tone if it doesn't work. After the course we therefore recommend less frequent maintenance sessions, and at home the LED Beauty Mask supports the result. We agree the exact rhythm at the closing session of the course — based on your skin and your lifestyle.
Is there anyone it isn't recommended for?
Yes. A treatment based on muscle stimulation is not recommended in certain cases — for example during pregnancy, or with an implanted electrical device or a metal implant in the treated area. That is why we go through your medical background at the consultation, before your plan is put together.
How long after botulinum toxin can I come?
We always determine the order and the timing together with the treating doctor — after a recent injectable treatment, the state of the skin and the muscle affects when an ULTIMA treatment is advisable. Do tell us at the consultation if you have had such a treatment recently.
