Beneath the skin, the muscle gives the support
These muscles can be strengthened by training too, only slowly and with regular work. ULTIMA works them in a concentrated way in twenty-five minutes — while you lie down.
- It works with a separate setting for each area. Facial muscles, abdominal wall, thigh, buttocks: each area has its own programme, because the size and the depth of the muscle differ.
- Meanwhile red and infrared light supports the skin's own renewal. It works at three wavelengths, from the layers close to the surface down to the deeper ones — so during the course it isn't only the shape that changes, but the quality of the skin as well.
- After the treatment you carry on with your day. A mild, ache-like sensation can stay on the treated area for a day or two. It is a natural part of deep muscle work.
Two effects, one treatment
ULTIMA combines two things. Targeted neuromuscular stimulation activates the muscles of the treated area with precise electrical impulses — and HILEFT technology brings in photobiomodulation as well, for the renewal of the skin.
The muscle
The impulse triggers many contractions in the treated muscle in a short time. Repeated activation supports the building of tone.
The skin
The light therapy module works at three wavelengths: 660, 730 and 940 nm. It supports the energy production of the cells and collagen synthesis. This is the energy the skin's own renewal requires.
ULTIMA targets the muscles of the face, while botulinum toxin and hyaluronic acid work at other tissue levels. This is why the treatments complement each other well.

What is ULTIMA?

What is the difference between ULTIMA Face and ULTIMA Shape?
The technology is the same; the goal and the handpiece differ. Face works on the muscles of the face and the jawline, and on the quality of the skin; Shape contours the body in a targeted way — buttocks, thigh, abdominal wall. Men is the version tailored to the male face, and the postpartum programme is the functional rebuilding of the abdominal wall.
Can I try the device before I commit to a course?
Yes. The first appointment consists of a personal consultation, an Observ 520x skin analysis and trying the device — around 45 minutes. The consultation and the skin analysis are together worth 50,000 Ft, which is free of charge until 30 September 2026; trying the device is part of this too.
How much does an ULTIMA treatment cost?
ULTIMA Face, ULTIMA Men and postpartum recovery are 80,000 Ft / session in the 6-session course — the full course is 480,000 Ft, and a single session on its own is 112,000 Ft. ULTIMA Shape is 40,000 Ft / session / area in the 6-session course — the course is 240,000 Ft per area, and a single session is 45,000 Ft. Your plan is set at the consultation.
Does the treatment hurt?
No. Patients experience the treatment as a pleasant, tingling sensation, and no anaesthetic is needed. After a body treatment a mild, ache-like sensation can occur on the treated area — it is a natural part of deep muscle work.
How many sessions are needed?
The recommended course is 6 sessions. We set the exact number at the consultation, based on your individual condition and your goal. After the course we recommend less frequent maintenance sessions.
Is there anyone it isn't recommended for?
Yes. A treatment based on muscle stimulation is not recommended in certain cases — for example during pregnancy, or with an implanted electrical device or a metal implant in the treated area. That is why we go through your medical background at the consultation, before your plan is put together.
Can it be combined with other treatments?
Yes. ULTIMA is the Prepare phase of the Protocol: prepared tissue needs a smaller correction, and the result stays more natural.
